i.)     Here at Northside Marketing & CO our purpose is to provide the user a way to purchase the products and services that are available on our site, safely and as economical as possible.

 

ii.)     All Products and Services are “pre-pay based” only; in order to better serve the Client and the Contractor/Representative. We will provide a confidentiality agreement and a service agreement for all services rendered. All sales are final and taxes and fees associated with every purchase will be calculated according to local tax rate(s) of the service provider and not the client. We, Northside Marketing & CO, claim only liability for our own taxes and fees. The links that are used with this site are provided to us by the seller. We have the full right to sell you these products in anyway we can in order to increase the bottom line for the seller. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any one under undesirable circumstances without refund or notice.

 

iii.)     For Each different service provided, directly from our company, purchases must be a separate transaction to signify your agreement of each service/product purchased through our secure payment system and documented for our records and your receipt/invoice upon your purchase approval.  By admitting to any transaction of any kind with Northside marketing & CO, any and all associates, owners and/or employees and not excluding known representatives with a certified written consent form, you agree to all of the terms within these policies mentioned in full.

We will do our best to consult with you, “initiator”/client/customer and serve your needs as we see fit. The Content used in this site is one hundred percent a presentation and example used to inspire the user to purchase products that are available to buy through consented third party merchants.
